  • What are the travel requirements for Bermuda?

    Bermuda requires a passport to enter and a completed Bermuda Arrival Card. Welcome to paradise!

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    For reservations made directly with the resort, the cancellation policy varies by season. See details below:

    • April – October : Reservations must be cancelled outside fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
    • November – March : Reservations must be cancelled outside seven (7) days prior to arrival.

    Reservations cancelled outside the above dates will receive a full deposit refund; if cancelled within the cancellation dates the deposit will be forfeited.

    Day of arrival, missed nights and early departures will be charged in full.

    Please note: The above cancellation policy does not apply to our Prepay Non-Refundable Savings offer, where the full payment at booking is non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled or modified.

  • What is the check-in time?

    Check in time is 3 pm. Guests are more than welcome to use the resort facilities before check-in while we store your luggage. To prepare for your arrival, please email your arrival flight details to our Front Desk Team at frontdesk@cambridgebeaches.com; they can also assist in arranging your airport transportation.

  • What is the check-out time?

    Check-out time is 11 am. Guests are more than welcome to use the resort facilities after check-out while we store your luggage until your departure. Please note late check-outs are based on availability and fees may apply.

  • Do we need to make reservations for any of the restaurants?

    Dinner reservations are required at Breezes and Sunken Harbor Club. You can make reservations by emailing restaurantreservations@cambridgebeaches.com or online via OpenTable.

    Yes, we have The Ocean Spa, where you can indulge in a range of rejuvenating treatments and amenities.

    Our Fitness Centre is fully equipped with a variety of high-quality equipment, including:

General Resort Questions

  • Is the resort pet-friendly?

    Unfortunately, Cambridge Beaches is not pet-friendly.

  • What is your children's policy?

    Cambridge Beaches welcomes guests of all ages. However, Ocean Spa, Aquarian Baths, Indoor Pool, and Turtle Cove Beach are adult only areas welcoming guests 13 years and older. The Indoor Pool (inside the Aquarian Baths) from 7am to 6pm is adult only welcoming guests 13 years and older; however, from 6pm to 10pm the Indoor Pool becomes family friendly welcoming guests of all ages. Please swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. The Ocean Spa: Minimum age of 16 for Spa Treatments.

    At Cambridge Beaches, we welcome guests of all ages. However, please note the following age restrictions for certain areas:

    • Ocean Spa & Aquarian Baths: These areas are for adults only, welcoming guests aged 13 and older.
    • Indoor Pool:
      • From 7am to 6pm, the pool is adults-only (13+).
      • From 6pm to 10pm, the pool becomes family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages.
      • Please note, swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty.
    • Turtle Cove Beach: This is also an adult-only area for guests aged 13 and older.
    • Spa Treatments: Guests must be 16 years or older to receive treatments at the Ocean Spa.
  • Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, Cambridge Beaches is not ADA accessible. Due to the natural landscape, historic design of the property, and lack of accessible room accommodations, certain accessibility features such as wheelchair ramps and elevators are not available.

    If you have specific questions or concerns regarding accessibility during your stay, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • What is the smoking policy?

    At Cambridge Beaches, we are committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all guests. As such:

    • All indoor public and private spaces, including guest rooms, are non-smoking.
    • Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas and on your accommodation patio, provided the door is closed.
    • A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in your accommodation. Continued non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the property.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

  • What is the minimum age to check-in at Cambridge Beaches?

    The minimum age to check-in at Cambridge Beaches is 21 years old.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

  • Can we use US Dollars?

    Yes, US Dollars are accepted in Bermuda. The Bermuda Dollar is on par with the US Dollar.

  • Where is Cambridge Beaches located?

    Cambridge Beaches is located in Bermuda, a beautiful island in the Atlantic Ocean, about 650 miles east of Charleston, SC. Bermuda is 21 square miles in size and is surrounded by stunning coral sand beaches and protective reefs. Our resort sits on a 23-acre peninsula at the western tip of the island, just a 50-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from the City of Hamilton.

  • Do you have an on-call doctor?

    Yes, we have an on-call doctor available. Please contact the front desk to arrange a visit. In the case of a serious medical emergency, please dial 911 and then inform the front desk so we can assist emergency services in reaching your location promptly.

Transportation Questions

  • How do I get to Cambridge Beaches from the Airport?

    There are 2 options to get to Cambridge Beaches from the airport:

    • Private Taxi: We can arrange for one of our preferred taxi drivers to be waiting for you in the arrival hall upon your arrival. The taxi fare is approximately $90.00 - $110.00 one way, charged by the meter and to be paid to the driver in cash. The US Dollar is accepted island wide. (Daily from 10:00pm - 6:00am, Public Holidays and Sundays are on the higher priced side).
      • To pre-arrange a Private Taxi Airport Pick Up, please email frontdesk@cambridgebeaches.com your Airline, Flight Number, Landing Time, and Number of Guests traveling. We shall confirm back via email.
      • For pre-arranged taxi’s please note that there is a penalty of $80.00 for cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled flight arrival in Bermuda and for no shows. All changes and cancellations must be made by contacting our Guest Reception Team at frontdesk@cambridgebeaches.com or (441) 234-0331.
    • Shared Shuttle: Alternatively, you may book and pre-pay for airport transportation with BEE-LINE Tranport or CEO BERMUDA.
  • How do I rent a scooter or electric car?

    Oleander Cycles is located on-site at Cambridge Beaches, it's the easiest way to get around the island!

  • Do you offer parking on-premises?

    Yes, vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lots located by the Main House and Breezes Restaurant. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked outside of your cottage.

  • How far is the bus and ferry stop?
    • The bus stop is a 10-minute walk from Cambridge Beaches.
    • The ferry stop is a 10-minute drive from Cambridge Beaches, located at the Royal Naval Dockyard.
